Will is 30 days into his “Bulking Up” program and he’s gained 20 pounds! He weighed in on April 1st at 156! He’s been very disciplined about the whole process and is getting the results he’s been wanting.

So far so good! The main changes we have made to Will’s diet are that he drinks 1-2 1500 calorie shakes each day, and I send him to school with a 1000 calorie box of healthy snacks that he tries to eat before he gets home. And if by the end of the day he’s not hit his target of 6000 calories, I give him a 700 calorie pb&j and a 12 oz glass of milk. And that about does it. Congratulations, Will!
