Easy Pot Roast

Pot Roast is oh so delicious and super easy to make following a few simple steps.

Ingredients: - Beef Chuck Roast - Kosher Salt - Olive Oil - Onions - Garlic - Beef Broth

4 Simple Steps for making this Easy Pot Roast Recipe:

01 Season and Sear.

02 Add Onions.

03 Add Garlic and Broth.

04 Slow Roast.

Season and Sear.


Season both sides of a Beef Chuck Roast with Kosher Salt and Sear both sides in a little Olive Oil until Brown.

Add Onions.


After there is good color on the second side, layer ½ inch slices of onion under the roast.

Add Broth and Garlic.


Add Beef Broth and Garlic. 

Slow Roast.


Slow Roast at 325°F for 6 hours, until fork tender and juicy. 

So Tender and Delicious!

So good over mashed potatoes and its own garlicky au jus..
