Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- ¾ cup canola oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup green onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried oregano dried
- ½ teaspoon thyme dried
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon rosemary dried
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients. Place all ingredients in a ziploc bag. Seal the bag and squeeze the bag to mix it all together.1 lb chicken thighs, ¾ cup canola oil, ¼ cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon kosher salt, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon thyme, ¼ teaspoon rosemary, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, ¼ cup green onion
- Marinate. Place the bag in a large bowl and make sure all the meat is covered by the marinade. Then let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Transfer. Remove the meat from the bag and transfer it to a baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Bake. Place the baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes and the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
- Rest Meat and Serve. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing into it.
