Combine All Ingredients. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
1 Cup organic steel cut oats, 1 Cup protein powder, 1 Cup organic peanut butter, ½ Cup organic flax meal, ½ Cup organic honey, 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Roll Out. Line baker's sheet with parchment paper and dump mixture out onto the paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper over the top and press the dough out flat. Use a rolling pin roll the mixture into a flat rectangle approximately ¼ inch thick.
Cut Into Bars. Make sure the dough is shaped into a neat, straight edged rectangle. Cut the dough cross-wise into 4 quarters. Score the top with marks to divide each quarter into 3 bars. Once the dough is scored, make straight-lined cuts dividing the dough into 12 bars.
Individually Wrap. One by one, individually wrap each bar in plastic wrap and store in a resealable bag.

STORAGE SUGGESTION
Peanut Butter Protein Bars are best stored in the freezer. Just toss the bag of individually wrapped bars into the freezer and one take out to eat whenever you get the craving. My husband likes to take one to work with him every day for a late afternoon snack. So, I always have some on hand!
