Easy Ground Turkey Pasta - Here is a delicious Ground Turkey Recipe for an easy weeknight dinner your family will love. 4 tablespoons butter divided
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup onion diced
1 clove garlic minced
1 pound ground turkey
1 canned tomatoes diced. May substitute fresh tomatoes.
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pound pasta cooked
½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano or regular grated parmesan

Instructions

Sauté Onion and Garlic.
Over medium heat, sauté diced onion and minced garlic in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
Brown Turkey and Add Tomatoes.
Add Ground Turkey to the pan with the onions and garlic, and brown it, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper as you go. Once the ground turkey has browned and is tasty, add diced tomatoes, Italian seasonings.
Simmer.
Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Finish.
Finish the sauce by adding the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter, one at a time, as you stir each into the sauce.
Add Parmesan and Serve over Pasta.
Toss with freshly grated parmesan and serve immediately over cooked pasta.
