Spinach Artichoke Dip Without Mayo

This hot, cheesy dip that is the perfect appetizer for game days or for your next party. This delicious dip is one of our favorite crowd pleasing appetizer recipes. And it's a healthy bonus that it contains no mayo.

8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
8 ounces sour cream
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
14 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
4 ounces Jalapeños canned, drained and diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Bake It

Pre-heat Oven To 350°F.

Combine Ingredients. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
8 ounces cream cheese, 8 ounces sour cream, 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella, ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, 14 ounces artichoke hearts, 4 ounces Jalapeños, 1 cup frozen spinach, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix Together. Use a wooden spoon or a rubber spatula to mix the ingredients together until they are well combined.
Transfer To Baking Dish. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray then transfer the mixed ingredients to the dish. Use a wooden spoon to spread the dip out evenly.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Bake until the top is slightly browned and cheese has melted.
Serve. Serve this cheesy dip warm with tortilla chips.

How To Make It In A Crock Pot

Combine Ingredients. Place all ingredients into a crock pot.
Mix Together. Use a wooden spoon or a rubber spatula to mix the ingredients together until they are well combined.
Cook For 1-2 Hours On High. Cover the crock pot with the lid and set the temperature dial to high. Cook for 1-2 hours or until it is hot and bubbly. Then turn the temperature dial down to warm.
Serve. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Keep it warm in the crock pot.

Pro Tips

Make This It With Fresh Spinach - Fresh ingredients are always more flavorful. Substitute fresh instead of frozen spinach and fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder.

Sauté minced garlic in a little olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 cups of fresh chopped spinach and a squeeze of lemon juice. Once the spinach has wilted, drain out the excess liquid by squeezing the cooked spinach in some paper towels.
Keep It Warm - The best way to keep it warm at parties is in a crock pot. Then, the cheese will remain loose and ready for that perfect cheese pull when you dip into it.
