    • distilled white vinegar

    • dried parsley

    How To Make Panera Greek Salad Dressing

    Step 1. Ingredients Into Jar.  Place all dressing ingredients into an airtight container.

    Step 2. Shake to Combine. Shake vigorously to emulsify.

    Step 3. Wash and Chop Vegetables. Thoroughly wash and dry all vegetables. Use a salad spinner to dry the lettuce. Chop into the desired sized pieces.

    Step 4. All Ingredients Into Bowl. Place clean romaine lettuce in a bowl and top with all the other prepared vegetables.

    • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
    • ¼ cup vinegar distilled white
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon garlic crushed. Apx. 2 garlic cloves.
    • ¼ teaspoon oregano ground
    • ¼ teaspoon parsley dried
    • ¼ teaspoon rosemary ground
    • ¼ teaspoon thyme ground
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground
