- 9 slices Pepper Jack Cheese - 9 ounces
- 6 slices White American Cheese - 6 ounces
- 1 tablespoon Salted Butter
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Half & Half
Pepper Jack Cheese - Buy sliced cheese and cut it up into cubes. It'll melt quickly. Pepper Jack adds just the right amount of spice for a mild queso.
